General conditions

New customers are expected to confirm their identity by providing an e-mail address and phone number.

Placing an order Customers confirm that they accept General Conditions of Ordering.

Conditions of Ordering

Orders should be submitted in writing by e-mail at info@furniturepackages.pl or by fax to +48 (22) 627 28 03. Your order should include: type and number of selected sets and type of selected furniture.

Completion of your order will take place once the reception of the order is confirmed by an employee of Furniture Packages and “Furniture Contract” is sent back to the customer including date of delivery, prices, and conditions of payment.

Time of delivery is calculated from the moment customer pays advance payment and signs “Furniture Contract”.

• Advance payment - order is completed once advance payment of 75% of the order value.
